Kim Woolley has been an IT professional operating as a sole proprietor
for 12 years. In 1999, Kim decided to incorporate and grow her business
to include other consultants and other IT disciplines. With the
considerable input and support of Director of Business Development,
Mike Merriam, Elemental Strategies was born.
Kim is an Information Architect with experience in
Enforcement, Telecommunications, Revenue, Human Resources, and International
Affairs. Kim is an experienced team leader, facilitator, educator,
employer, coordinator of many fund raising activities for nonprofit
organizations, technical publications writer, data analyst, and
quality assurance specialist for federal and private sector organizations.
Kim has completed projects in the areas of enterprise
and information architecture, data analysis and modeling, BPR, process
and workflow analysis, data management, standards and quality assurance,
conversion strategies, repository management and change management
for all of these areas of business. She has developed and led Data
Administration teams in mainframe and client-server environments,
as well as developing standards, guidelines and procedures manuals
for Change Management, Data Modeling and Data Administration.
